Here's what you do.
1. Get the names and addresses
of your missing clients together
on a sheet (excell or computer
printout if you have one.)
2. Load the missing client
details up to an website that
send outs cards for a fee like

3. Write your "get em back in"
message from you or your salon.
Pay the low fee... then
hit send.
NOW... here's the trick you
should know.
What do you write?
Frankly time to get honest here.
You would say something like ...

point. The answer is very, very
simple.
Some of you will be thinking
about the costs of doing
mailings. Before I answer let me
answers Vicky's question.
The answer is: ... Keep mailing
them until the client says to
you DON'T! It really is that
simple.
I
have mailed clients that have
been missing for 2 years and
they have eventually came in on
the offer saying things like...
"I have been meaning to come in
but simply haven't had the time"
Don't stop mailing!
COSTS?
Look if you get a handful of
clients coming in from each
mailing DON'T WORRY ABOUT the
ones that don't come in, focus
on the clients that do come in.
That's where the cash is.
Here's an interesting fact for
you.
On
average ... just one person will
respond out of 200 mailings!
However ...
Because you have and them into
your salon in the past ... that
number will rise especially if
you make them an offer they
cannot refuse... like FREE hair
of beauty services.
Again...
